International Superstar and Def Jam Artist, known professionally as Nasty C, is a South African rapper, songwriter, and record producer who has amassed more than 3.3 million followers on Instagram as one of Africa’s most influential hip hop stars. This past Friday, Def Jam in partnership with Route Runna Management, and Media Girls Network, and Nasty C introduced Atlantans to his impeccable wordplay, charisma, and lyricism during the exclusive industry mixer! The attendees enjoyed live sounds by DJ Nyquil, complimentary lite bites from Wosabi Eats, desserts by Celebrity Chef JoJo, with cocktails sponsored by Mixy Chix, Bomade Vodka, and Lamont Avenue Wines! Decorations were provided by Hotlanta Signs, Events by CCM and, CreatiVisuals. The 360 photo booth sponsored by Pic Me Photobooth Company provided the best photo ops as a lasting reminder for the guests to leave the event with! The event opened with his hit song “Black and White” featuring Ari Lennox that was also featured on the Coming to America sequel soundtrack. The guests first enjoyed the food, cocktails, and networked before the live interview with Nasty C. The live Q&A was conducted by Hot 107.9’s “K. Samone''!
At the end of the live Q&A, Nasty C took photos with various media influencers and sponsors. The event closed out with multiple songs from his last album, Zulu Man with Some Power. The event was decorated with Atlanta’s favorite tastemakers!
